RETURN POLICY
Return for online purchases
This covers instructions for the return of products when online purchases are delivered to you. This does not cover purchases made at the stores as you are still required to return the same to the store of purchase.
Steps
– Receive ordered products from the dispatch officer
– Ensure product(s) are well examined and meets your specification based on the order made online
– Reject product immediately if quality is damaged or defective
– As soon as your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed by crediting your bank account or replacing the item with the same product type depending on your selected option.

Unavailable Product?
The ordered item would be sourced for and delivered to you between 48-72 hours; if still unavailable, your bank account would be funded with the full amount paid.
Product Replacement
Vanguard Pharmacy Ltd would replace damaged and defective items at no extra cost to the customer. The customer is required to notify the dispatch rider of observations at the point of delivery. After confirmation and acknowledging receipt of the product, all liabilities and ownership of the items would be fully borne by the customer and a return would not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
All returns are evaluated before being processed.
Items not eligible for Returns
The following products are not eligible for return under any circumstances
Food and Beverages
Products requiring special temperature storage conditions i.e. Cold Chain
Medicines
Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalized gifts, products like underwear, nightwear, or cosmetics products that have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Defective equipment can be returned within 48hours, otherwise, all liabilities and ownership of the items would be fully borne by the customer and a return would not be accepted.
Any Vanguard Vantage Card points earned against items you return for a refund will be removed in accordance with the Vanguard Vantage Card terms and conditions.
